As our tag line says, Landmark Commercial Ltd is a Buy Sell Advisor for Businesses & Investment Real Estate.  We provide these services in the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.   We continually seek to add to our team individuals or even entire firms throughout these areas who share our philosophy on ethics, professionalism and fairness to all.  We welcome both those that wish to concentrate on real property and those that prefer to specialize in businesses.  But, as most business transactions include real estate in some form, we ask new team members who do not currently hold a real estate license to agree to pursue the training to become licensed in their local jurisdiction. For those that are already licensed real estate agents in the residential arena and wish to  pursue a career in commercial real estate, we are willing to be your mentor.

The commercial real estate practitioner has many avenues to consider as commercial real estate takes many forms. One may choose to represent sellers or buyers in sales and exchange transactions or to represent landlords or tenants in leasing.  Properties can include everything from high rise office and apartments to large retail and industrial buildings to small retail and shop spaces to raw land whose use is generally defined by local zoning laws and regulations. Buyers and sellers may be investors or they may be users or even a combination of both.  And because it is difficult, if not impossible, to be all things to all people in this complex and constantly changing world, most commercial real estate professionals tend to specialize within these varied areas.
